Led frontend engineering for Onboarding & KYC, aligning delivery with business KPIs. Drove adoption of modern technologies to enhance UX and revenue. Optimized onboarding for performance and reliability, implemented strong monitoring, and managed cross-functional teams including offshore developers.

Built and maintained a critical customer-facing platform with top technologies and 99.999% uptime, offering features like payments, multi-org, team management, and single sign-on (SSO). Led development of the internal design system (Prisma) and promoted its use through talks and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Migrated EF’s old site across 11 global markets, improved frontend CI/CD setup, built features using atomic design, and collaborated with remote and in-office teams through daily standups and weekly check-ins. Followed Git-flow for development.

Maintained and improved the frontend across legacy and live platforms. Migrated components from Polymer.js to React.js, built reusable UI elements (modals, forms, themes), and integrated Redux for state management. Fixed daily bugs, ran cross-browser and A/B tests using Monetate, managed Qubit tags, tested REST APIs, and upheld code quality through regular reviews.

Rebuilt and maintained complex Polymer.js apps, styled using BEM, tested across browsers with VirtualBox, and managed code with Git. Followed Agile practices, used Sourcetree/CLI for Git, tracked issues in Jira, and worked closely with QA.

Led the frontend team, designed the dashboard, influenced tech stack choices, introduced Angular UI components, integrated MongoDB, built client-side API, and implemented user authentication and session sharing.
